Delivery

All items are sent on a tracked service.
We'll send you an email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched so that you can track your parcel.

If you're not in when your parcel arrives, a card will be left telling you where it is. It might be left in a safe place or there will be details on how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery.

Deliveries can't be made on bank holidays, so you can expect your order to arrive the next day.

UK
For all UK orders, the delivery is FREE.

Worldwide
For all International orders, the delivery is FREE.

 

Import Duties/ Fees: All EU/International orders are subject to duties and taxes. The recipient is responsible for the payment of applicable duties, taxes and other fees. Black Mark Ltd. (t/a Dr Faust) shall not be held accountable for these charges, or offer any refund or other compensations in lieu of said charges.

 

Brexit - Please note that from 1st January 2021 all orders shipping from the UK to the EU may be subject to these newly introduced duty charges if the order value, inclusive of shipping costs, exceeds 150EUR. Sales tax is still applicable under 150EUR. Currency conversion rate is decided by your local customs authority on the day the goods enter your country. Note that duty is due on actual cost of shipping irrespective if you were eligible for free shipping, since it is calculated on the 'landed cost' of the order.
